Your final PR activity should be to let the media and public know about the success of the event.
As soon as possible after the event, release the following information:
- number of visitors/tickets sold and, where applicable, how this compares with previous years
- notable successes or interesting stories from the event
- relevant photos
- plans for the following year
- date of next event if possible
- thanks to sponsors/funders
