Your final PR activity should be to let the media and public know about the success of the event.

As soon as possible after the event, release the following information:

  • number of visitors/tickets sold and, where applicable, how this compares with previous years
  • notable successes or interesting stories from the event
  • relevant photos
  • plans for the following year
  • date of next event if possible
  • thanks to sponsors/funders
